Hey y'all! I'm sorry I haven't written or posted a Book Haul in WEEKS, but honestly I just...haven't felt like it. But it's Spring Break now so hopefully things will be more fun on the blogging side!
I'm super exhausted every day for no reason and my grades have started plummet which is pretttyyy bad. So I may get off twitter a bit more and just...not tweet as much! I'll definitely be around though, so no worries! <3
I have also discovered that ice cream cakes are super expensive. Mine was $54 from Baskin Robins O_O

Bought the Impossible Knife and Goose Girl to be signed at Teen Book Con! THE WINNER'S CURSE IS JUST AMAZING. I finished it the three hours after I got it and I just. I adored it.
I traded for Strands of Bronze and Gold because I readand loved Mirk and Midnight! Dear Killer sounds super exciting, I adored Anna and the French Kiss, AND IGNITE ME! SIGNED! EEP! <3
I also got my very first boxed ARC package this week for Disney Hyperion's SUMMER OF CHILLS promotion! I'm super excited for all three and have already devoured Don't Look Back which was just. Yesss.

I'm so jealous of the signed Ignite Me! I really want to get my copy signed so I can have a signed set. Tahereh was in NYC for the Dark Days tour, but sadly I didn't go. D: I'm also horribly jealous of anyone who has a defaced copy of her books and I HAVE ALL OF THE WARNER AND KENJI FEELS.
I'm looking up Shinobi after this :D I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS ABOUT. I refuse to read The Winner Curse because cliffhanger endings kill me. >_< But I'm happy you loved it! And ooooh you got a pretty Hyperion package! GRRRR I'M JEALOUS AGAIN. But I also got Panic this week so lemmmme know when you read it so I can secretly tag along, kay? ;D

ReplyDeleteAnd holy smokes that's an expensive cake! I usually get them from DQ and I think they are around $30. I want to try the ones from Safeway. We don't have many Baskin Robbins here, so I"ve never tried theirs. I hope it's delicious!
